All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be produced and shipped as soon as possible. Please note that production may take longer during busy periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. These will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking will be available via the courier’s website.
